You can get Frazier's F.I.V.E Method from the call below!
The F.I.V.E. Method is a simple yet powerful routine designed to help loan officers start their day with purpose, maintain clarity, and end it with measurable progress. Each step in F.I.V.E. focuses on building habits that drive growth and success.
Why this method Works:
  1. Simple: Easy to implement and takes less than an hour daily.
  1. Actionable: Focuses on practical steps that lead to measurable progress.
  1. Aligned: Keep you anchored in your goals and values.
  1. Reflective: Builds awareness through daily reviews and adjustments.
Structure of the F.I.V.E. Method ⬇️
F - Focus: Rise and Write + Visualization
What: Start each morning with 5-10 minutes of journaling and visualization.
How:
Write about:
  • What am I grateful for?
  • What are my top priorities today?
  • What challenges might arise, and how will I handle them?
Pair this with a 2-minute visualization exercise:
  • Close your eyes and picture yourself completing your top three tasks.
  • Visualize the feelings of accomplishment and confidence you’ll have at the end of the day.

Why: Gratitude primes your mindset for positivity, while visualization helps you mentally rehearse success and sharpen your focus.
Often, the hard part is figuring out what your X factor moment is. This may require some research and testing, but, once you’ve got that locked in, you have a clear strategy for launching in-product messaging: point customers to your number 1 value. In other words, don’t expect your customer to figure out the value of your product all by themselves. Showcase your value, front and center, during onboarding.
I - Intention: Growth Input
What: Spend 10 minutes consuming growth-focused content (e.g., a podcast or video).
Why: Starting your day with actionable insights and inspiration keeps your mind focused on growth and opportunity.
V - Vision: Define the Win
What: Identify your three critical tasks for the day. These tasks should align with your bigger goals.
How:
  • Write each task as a specific, actionable step (e.g., "Call 3 new referral partners," not "Network more").
  • Prioritize them in order of importance.
Why: A clear, focused plan eliminates decision fatigue and ensures progress toward meaningful outcomes.
E - Execution: Midday Reset + Score Your Day
Midday Reset:
What: Take a second 5-10 minutes to consume more growth-focused content.
Why: Your day will control you if you don't control your day. By putting in a reset it allows you to use this time to refocus, re-energize, and realign your actions with your goals.
End-of-Day Scoring:
What: Review your day and score yourself (1-5) in five key areas:
1. Mindset: Did you maintain a positive, growth-oriented mindset? 2. Tasks: Did you complete your three critical tasks? 3. Wellness: Did you care for your physical and mental health? 4. Growth: Did you invest in learning or self-improvement? 5. Relationships: Did you nurture meaningful connections?
Why: Reflect on what worked, what didn’t, and how you’ll improve tomorrow. You can't manage what you can't measure. Review and scoring keeps you centered on creating good habits, see your progress, and knowing how to win each day.
